Are all services done through telehealth?

Yes, all services are provided through telehealth. The advent for teletherapy has led to increased accessibility and flexibility for participating in therapy. Future Full of Hope provides sessions by either video sessions or by phone.

Is telehealth as good as in-person meetings?

Research has shown that telehealth is just as effective as in-person therapy. It also has the added benefit of allowing you to talk to a therapist from anywhere.

How long is therapy?

Each session is 45 minutes and sessions are generally scheduled on a weekly basis. The number of sessions you have will depend on your needs - some clients may meet their goals within 2-3 sessions, while others may participate in therapy for 8 weeks or more.

What’s your schedule like?

I meet with clients Monday through Thursday. Sessions can be scheduled between 6AM-2PM Pacific Standard Time (9AM-5PM Eastern Time) and based on availability.

Do you take my insurance?

I do not work with any insurance panels. Clients may request an insurance superbill (a billing form that lists the services and the dates of services rendered) which the Client can provide to their insurance company to request reimbursement of services, as allowed by their insurance.  Please note that there is no guarantee of full reimbursement or partial reimbursement by the insurance company for services rendered. In these cases, the client will pay all service fees and I will generate the superbill on a monthly basis.

What steps do you take to protect my privacy?

Sessions are conducted via either HIPAA compliant Google Meet or HIPAA compliant Google Voice. Client records are stored in a secure and HIPAA compliant electronic health records. During our meetings, it will be important for you to take steps to ensure the privacy and safety of your meeting location.

I live in Illinois - can we work together?

I am licensed in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oregon and Utah. I can provide teletherapy for clients living in those states only.
