Kevin Boyd, LCSW is the owner of Future Full of Hope, PLLC with 12+ years providing solution-focused, trauma-informed care in California, Colorado, North Carolina, Oregon, and Utah. He holds degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Kristi Boyd, MA - AI Specialist & Technology Ethicist with 10+ years in the tech industry as a QA Engineer, Product Manager and AI Specialist. Kristi holds MA in Technology Ethics from Duke University.
Refund Request Handling:
1. Submission and Documentation: Individuals requesting a refund for a CE program must do so within a timeframe of 7 days after the purchase and before the date and time of delivery of the training. Refund requests submitted after the date of delivery of the training will not be honored. For on demand distance courses, the refund must be submitted prior to accessing the course content. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to the contact, as specified in our promotional materials.
2. Acknowledgment: Upon receiving a refund request, FUTURE FULL OF HOPE, PLLC will promptly acknowledge the receipt of the request and provide an estimated timeframe for the resolution process.
3. Review and Assessment: FUTURE FULL OF HOPE, PLLC will review the refund request, taking into consideration the circumstances provided by the individual. This review will be conducted in an unbiased manner.
4. Decision and Communication: FUTURE FULL OF HOPE, PLLC will communicate its decision on the refund request to the individual in writing. If the refund is approved, the communication will specify the refund amount and the expected timeframe for the refund to be processed.
5. Refund Processing: The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. Approved refunds will be processed promptly; however, fund release and delivery may be impacted by the processing time of the financial institution/banks. FUTURE FULL OF HOPE, PLLC is not responsible for delays in refund caused by 3rd party processing times.
6. Record Keeping: A comprehensive record of the refund request, decision, communication, and processing will be documented for each case, maintaining confidentiality while ensuring accountability.
Cancellation policy. For synchronous or in-person sessions cancelled by FUTURE FULL OF HOPE full refunds will be provided. For other cancellations, please review refund request process.

Course completion requirements. To gain completetion of the course, (1) attend the session/watch the recording, (2) complete the post-test (3) complete the evaluation.
Certificate is issued via email shortly after all three items have been received as completed. IF you have not received your certificate after 3 business days, please contact trainings@futurefullofhope.com.
